At ZillyLogos, we believe you should own the rights to the brand identity you pay for.
Upon final approval of your logo design and full payment of your invoice, ZillyLogos transfers 100% of the copyright and ownership rights of the final, approved logo design to you (the Client).
You have the exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the final logo design in any medium, worldwide, in perpetuity. You may also register the logo as a trademark.
ZillyLogos retains the right to display the final logo design in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials as an example of our work, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed prior to the project start.
