We want you to be completely satisfied with your new logo. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

1. Eligibility for Refund

If you are not satisfied with the initial logo concepts provided, you may request a full refund *before* requesting any revisions. Once you request a revision on any of the initial concepts, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) within 5-7 business days.

3. Ownership of Concepts

If a refund is issued, ZillyLogos retains full copyright and ownership of all concepts presented. You may not use any of the designs provided.
